From Easter egg hunts to Easter-themed games, you’ll have no problem keeping the little ones (and the adults) occupied this Easter weekend!'
Easter Egg Hunt
If you live in an area where spring hasn’t exactly sprung yet, hope is not lost! You can turn a cold or rainy Easter egg hunt into an adventure by bringing the hunt inside! Looking to add a little more fun to the hunt? Try hiding the eggs in a trail or hide clues leading to one giant Easter basket!
Make Easter Cupcakes
What do you get when you combine a cupcake with mini eggs? Easter Mini Egg Cupcakes, the greatest thing ever...since sliced bread at least! Not only will this be an excellent dessert for your Easter dinner but it’s also a great way to bond as a family in the kitchen!
What Easter celebration would be complete without colourful eggs and candy? An egg decorating station with both hard-boiled and plastic egg "canvases" is the perfect way to unleash your family’s creativity. Encourage your little artists to get inventive by providing a variety of tools such as paints, brushes, glue, and glitter. Adults can get in on the fun by helping kids make unique patterns. You can also add a little friendly competition by holding a vote on the best design!
Easter Egg Rolling Race
Let the good times roll with a fun relay race! Start with a dozen (or more) hard boiled eggs, one for each racer. Mark off a straight race track with multiple lanes. Each player begins by placing his or her egg at the starting line in their lane. Each player then uses a wooden spoon to roll the egg down the path and across the finish line. The first one to cross the finish line wins!
